    Another book with lim­ited help with asthma. As suf­fer­ing long enough until I learned about the Buteyko method. If you want to take con­trol of his con­di­tion, this is the only ther­apy that works and does so very gut.Asthmatiker before buy­ing this book, research the Buteyko method for asthma treat­ment. They feel a lot bet­ter than me in a few weeks.
