I was treated by a clinical ecologist in Houston in 1980, he saved my life. I was sensitive to nearly all foods and chemicals. My life was a nightmare of symptoms, and I was constantly ill with bronchitis and sinus infections. The book he sold at his cost was Coping With Your Allergies. I found An Alternative Approach To Allergies on my own, the other book was good but not nearly as good as Alternative. I have since learned that allopathic medicine is great if you need emergency treatment for a broken leg or heart attack, but the medicines they are pushing as the latest, greatest pill out there are mostly bunk. The doctors today only know what big pharma wants them to know about medicine. I for one, am using mostly “alternative” medicine for my ailments.

Reactine will work! I was told by a pharmacist to take it for my cold to control my symptoms and it does work. It is completely safe.. he recommended the 10mg tabs and they work fantastically! If you have a common cold with itchy watery eyes, mild headaches, a lot of sneezing, runny nose then reactine will work miracles! If you are suffering from the flu then I wouldn’t recommend it. Read the directions before you use it. It is not to be taken like regular cold medicine. I just took one 10mg pill 15 mins ago as I am suffering from a terrible cold and my symptoms are next to none!
