Can a feather bed and down-alternative comforter be washed in a standard washing machine?

We have a full size feather bed and down duvets alter­na­tive options to be washed. We can put in the laun­dry and wash in a stan­dard size car wash, or do we have dry cleaned? Nei­ther the tags are the wash­ing instruc­tions. Thanks!

    If the alternative-down is a syn­thetic fiber, can be washed. If there is a nat­ural thing, they have dried. The day should at least indi­cate whether it is a nat­ural or syn­thetic fill.
