I was concerned about buying a comforter/duvet insert online because how would I know if it was the right weight? I took the chance with this one and I am very pleased with it.
When I took it out of the packaging, I thought it was going to be way too lightweight for our needs because it felt thin. We keep our furnace low at night (65 degrees) and I still need to turn back the comforter at times. You can barely feel the weight of the comforter and yet the warmth is very satisfying.
The size is appropriate to fit inside a king-size duvet cover nicely (check your measurments, they are not all the same size). The fabric is soft and pliable with 9″ squares of quilting to hold the filler in place.
Overall quality seems to be very high with this product.
