Cooking with food allergies

Cook­ing for peo­ple with food aller­gies can be mis­lead­ing by the com­pany, some have a greater chal­lenge than oth­ers, but usu­ally is the safest way to go. When you make your favorite dishes from scratch, you know exactly what is in it, which lessens the pos­si­bil­ity of an aller­gic reac­tion.
