Allergy asthma Trend information

Asthma and allergic diseases in children is increasing in many Western countries. Recent reports on trends in the period atopic disease suggests that the prevalence of asthma and allergic rhinitis in some European countries stabilized after several decades of growth. Asthma is usually as a narrowing of the airways, which is defined reversible over short periods, either spontaneously or after treatment. Asthma has become milder and controlled, or both, in the past 15 years, since the percentage of men exempted from military service in the call-up for asthma showed a downward trend.

Westernization” is seen in many country away from the traditional diet with locally grown food to a Western diet. Recent hypothesis emphasizes the possible relationship between the content of the diet and the response of airway inflammation. Decline in fruit and vegetables in the United Kingdom was hypothesized to an increased prevalence of asthma and rhinitis due to its antioxidant properties that may be connected to protect against inflammation. Allergy refers to an overreaction in the immune system in response to bodily contact with certain foreign substances. And “exaggerated because these foreign substances are generally viewed by the body as harmless and not presented in non-allergic response. People allergic organizations recognize the foreign substance and the immune system is activated. Substances that cause allergies are called allergens.” Examples of allergens are pollen, dust mites, mold, hair and diet. Asthma is a breathing problem that results from inflammation and spasms of the airways in the lungs (bronchi).

The inflammation causes a narrowing of the air passages, which limits the flow of air into and out of the lungs. Asthma is most often, but not always, related to allergies. Common symptoms include  shortness of breath      wheezing     coughing   and chest tightness Symptoms of asthma strike when your airways undergo the three changes described above. Some people can go a long time between asthma episodes while others have some symptoms every day. Common symptoms of asthma include:

* Frequent cough, especially at night

* Shortness of breath

* Wheezing

* Chest tightness, pain, or pressure

Asthma and allergies often go hand in hand. Asthma is a disease in the branches of the trachea (bronchi) that carry air in and out of the lungs. There are various types of asthma. Allergic asthma is a type caused by allergies (eg pollen or mold spores from asthma). According to the American Academy of Allergy, Asthma and Immunology, suffer half the 20 million Americans have asthma or allergic asthma. The air is normally absorbed by the body through the nose and trachea and bronchi. The end of the tubes are tiny air sacs called alveoli, the fresh air supply (oxygen) in the blood.

This is called allergic asthma or allergy induced asthma. Allergy is one of the four forms of hypersensitivity call type hypersensitivity Common allergic reactions are asthma, allergies, eczema, hay fever, urticaria, and reactions to insects such as wasps and bees. For most allergies, some animals, chemicals, cosmetics, detergents react, drugs, dust, pollen of flowers and trees, food, herbs, drugs, dust mites, molds, scents, vaccines or yeast. Some people may nose, cough, depression, digestive problems, fatigue, frequent colds, hay fever, headache, respiratory irritation, runny nose, itching, muscle cramps, skin rash, hives, sneezing, sore throat or inflammation.

Terms of asthma caused by allergic reactions in the lungs constrict Airways called bronchi. Symptoms of asthma are coughing, breathlessness, chest tightness and shortness of breath. Inhaled allergens can also be symptoms of asthma, lead caused by the narrowing of the airways and increased production of mucus in the lungs, shortness of breath, coughing and wheezing. Cramps occur in muscles, while the increased asthma attacks in the mucus in response to an allergic reaction of pollutants in the air or food intolerances. Histamine is produced by the immune system and the answer is in this situation. In an attempt to protect the body of the substance, the antibodies attack the allergen. Chemical reactions of the immune system against the signs and symptoms of allergies such as nasal congestion, runny nose, itchy eyes or skin released.

For some of this same reaction is  on the lungs and airways, causing symptoms of asthma. Conclusion is that allergy asthma symptoms are allergic to many before you have asthma symptoms sequel. Allergy common is cough, sneezing and nasal itching or rash while asthma symptoms are cough and dyspnoea.
